Installation problems - stuck after Install Plugins

Hello, I'm trying to install it on my local machine, but after the "Install Plugins" page I have an empty page. I tried without selecting any plugins, same. Stuck in ../install/plugins with an empty page. I'm running on Mac OS X, MAMP - PHP Version 5.3.2, under localhost. Thx Matt More
