Two things. How can the Moderator not being a moderator issue be fixed? It shows a star next to my name in chat, but trying to use the Moderator Features, it tells me I am a not a moderator. Second, does this tinychat run off the server of the host we are using or does it go through THE tinychat.com servers? More

I THINK the upgrade went OK. I got the message saying the site is up to date. When I now however go into admin account i get 500 error. Any ideas? More

Just did the manual upgrade with 1.4 and now when I click on ADMIN I get this error: Error 500 Internal Server Error. Therefore, can't use admin page. Every other page works fine except Admin page. More

I went to update the groups plugin and received error messages. I then attempted to refresh my site from a backup and it put my account in a system maintenance session. Now I cannot access the login screen to remove the user maintenance screen. Any ideas? More

Captcha numbers are not showing

When new members try to join my site, they are unable to continue because the captcha numbers at the buttom of the form are not showing up. They don't show up in the "Contact Us" plugin neather. No one is able to join my site unless they join through Facebook. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks! Juan More
