it happens, because php script cannot connect to your database, there may be a lot of reasons for that: server limitation, database is down, wrong access details and many more

have been checked database a lot of time as purus n Den suggested me .. but all ok

chrome detects following errors .

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) https://www.yourmatesgroup.com/installFailed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) https://www.yourmatesgroup.com/installFailed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) https://www.yourmatesgroup.com/install/requirementsFailed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) https://www.yourmatesgroup.com/install/requirementsFailed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) https://www.yourmatesgroup.com/installFailed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) https://www.yourmatesgroup.com/install

you can back your website with CPanel web tools
RAHUL verma Jul 9 '13
then the things which creating probs will be restored again

No, this problem is caused by the server, not software;  if you back the whole website and transfer it to the server with the stable MySQL connection, I believe it will solve the problem
RAHUL verma Jul 12 '13
sadly  hosting support said it is software side ...

they said me to view this report

and contact developers

I see,

but we've checked the issue with our developers and they said it is definitely has something to do with the database connection, because it is not stable

yes you are right .. i did a experiment .. i installed another oxwall website on server with same attribute of database fields.

after successfull install and i did change in config.php of old website

define('OW_DB_USER', '....');define('OW_DB_PASSWORD', '........');define('OW_DB_NAME', '.......');

this changed database of old website

and by this the website load time is reduced from 32 sec to 6 sec ( decrement of 26 sec)

but everything of website is gone and i am unable to login either with any account of old database

 or new one

so now what is problem with my original database

original database size is 340 mb

my website is slow due to database size or anything else in database ?

my main problem is my website keep redirect me to install page and if not it take like 30 sec then it start loading

it was a just experiment to check if this problem coming from database end ..

so i created a demo website n used its database for my main website and found my website becomes too much faster.

(both databases are on same server )

now i just need to find out

1. that what is happening with my old database  .

2. why it is getting too much slow ?

3. is it due to database size or anything else .

Rahul,

you don't see anything in your new database because it is empty, isn't it? the loading time of your website depends, first of all, on the server capacities, and second, on the content you browse, because the content can be of a big weight, like photos and other media files.

i finally fixed a lot of things

and my website is loading pretty much fast with having SSL and without any cdn

now load time is approx 3-4 seconds ..

but when i am inspecting source code via chrome ..

i am getting  a error msg  www.yoursite.com/install/requirement it shown as 500.phml error

my website is working properly .. but don't know why this error coming .

i have 1 local and 1  as demo installation ..both have same theme and plugin  i never saw that error msg on both
