where i can modify the oxwall site bar so it can be lookin'like FB bar ( home, profile and setting )

You have to edit your CSS file.There are two ways of doing this:
1) You go to admin page (admin/theme/css), so there's the code you've to edit.
2) You open it manually via FTP and then you could edit it, too.
But remember to enable 'OW_DEV_MODE' in ow_includes/config.php first!
