I want to set up an oxwall site where users can post photos on the system then  copy the link to the photo and share it on facebook. Other oxwall users can click on the link, sign into the oxwall site and see the photo but if they are not members when they click on the link they will have to set up an account before they can see it. How it is now (and I may just have it set up wrong) if I paste a link on facebook anyone who clicks on the link can see the photo weather they are logged in or not. I used to use coppermine gallery and this was an option.

Thank you in advance

Or go here and set it so no one can see your site without logging in http://xxxxxxxx.com/admin/permissions

I have all that locked down but the images are still visible to anyone who follows the link...basically bypassing oxwall. Here is a link http://www.epicpurple.com/...chments/attach_3.jpg I assume there is something with file permissions that needs changed but I dont know what I can change that will still allow the files to be seen by oxwall users and not by following the link.

Greg, this is a permalink, there's no opportunity to make it private via php. This is kind of a physical address of the file.

Thank you Ross. Do you know of a way to randomize the file names of uploaded images much like facebook does so that a savvy non user could not sit and look at all the uploaded photos by just changing the number in the /attach_3.jpg  to /attach_4.jpg ect. ?
