I cannot import exported data back up through data impoter | Forum

1 I have created a community site through wall.fm.
2. now I want to move it to my own host(Just host)
3.Then I export a back up from wall.fm and imported it to new host through data importer.
4 and I recieved the following message

4.OW_PASSWORD_SALT CONSTANT

Please help me to solve this problem

i can take back ups from wall.fm but im gettng above message (image under No4) please wait import in progress why is that?

Maybe you have to wait a bit?

It seems that you need to point correct SALT from wall.fm, please, contact wall.fm suport team about this.

i have done that also

and i change the hosting provider also but same result

still I'm getting "wait import in progress" as status

is data importer really working?

1. This is clearly the data importer plugin issue.

2.I have tried uninstalling, and then reinstalling

3. As I don't see anything which can stop this status : Import in progress. Please wait.

4.Even when I removed the salt line

5. still shows this

6.and when I placed it again

7.it is still showing this

8.I have placed a php closing tag in the .conf file

9.So, now I need that it gets refreshed

10.But, as it still shows this status "wait import in progress"

plz try to help me as soon as possible
