may have somthing to do with amount friends   all that have report it have lots friends and 
the button to show online or all in chat does not work as well for lots friends 

after hours n hours of try find the problem i found it for some reason the thumb pic is to large on every user thats got the problem  that why the chat window just spins on try load and the new private message box is screwed up 

i have try get the users upload new avatar but same results for that user
the image is still to big for that user and all others are fine 
and the crazy thing is does not happen in explorer only in chrome and firefox 

i found the problem with image size is compose message plugin 

deactivate it and image riighh size and send private message works but the chat box still wont open for some users
and show only online users button does not work if user has lots of friends

that is how it works it does not put images next to comments in chat 

ok the problem with chat box not loading properly seams to be only users who have joined since 1.7 old members chat works fine 

the chat problem and inage problem is a conflict with speed plugin and compose message plugin and the developers are working on a fix

Tammy, have you updated your Messages plugin to the latest build (mailbox.7206.zip). The problem you describe should be solved in the latest build.

yes daisy is latest  and is bug in oabost plugin conflict with compose message plugin
