Hi There,

Is there a way of changing the google map with the Second Life one here - http://maps.secondlife.com/ it uses google maps it says about the api here - http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Map_API_Introduction

It is possible but you need to know how to modify plugin source code, php and js
