You need to contact plugin developers of these 3rd party plugin to resolve the issue with more button.

For the second question, I mean that in 1.7, there is no "More" button but the action of 3rd part plugin are listed in sequence. I don't want the "More" button.

go to ow_system_plugin/base/components

and replace the profile_action_toolbar.php file

with the one in the attachment

however it will be overwritten while next update of the software.
