Long time to reply, I paid for this , I am not asking for a favor , a simple message back saying thanks for purchased here is your API SECRET:XXXXX and API WHATEVER:XXXXXXX.

If this is a key information for the product to work.

Organize your purchased and send them buyer an automatically message containing the API's ,

you and me will save loads of time and hassle.

It was pretty obvious that the two numbers I sent you the day you purchased the item was exactly what you were asking for. No other members seem to have an issue with this. Have a great day.

Mine is down right now as well. This is an integral feature of my site. Good thing is that Oxwall Accessories is usually pretty awesome about fixing stuff.

I hope so, cos I am trying to get this plugin to work since i bought it.

Send me site login details and let me take a look guys. Seems to be working fine so there must be something else going on. Private message me details and I will take a look asap. 

Side note. Opentok has discontinued opentok 1.0 (flash)  Try going into the plugin settings and switching it to Html5 (opentok 2.0)

Hi Aleksiel , good to hear that.

I don't know if you facing the same problem as me.
Every time I active the plugin it looks it conflicts with the already existing chat from the software and still has  not make it work.Any idea what could cause this ?As shows in the picture  2 chat windows...one with 4 and one with 1.

Fabrico you need to disable the original oxwall chat, but keep the mail feature turned on. That should make it work for you

It worked now....but problem is that every time plugins activated it shows 2 chat box.

and 3 times same user same box.

It looks confusing

any idea how to fix that ?
