For some reason when i click auto update in my admin panel it keeps saying error! How can i sort this? thanks

Iv sorted mind now here is how i dun it!
Step1: you need to re-download the arrowchat file from your perches from your dashboard on oxwall account.
Step2: then upload the next updated file & overwrite the arrowchat from your host.
Then that should update it, but when i dun that it didnt show up, so if nothing happens i tell you how to try sort it.

I can't get the last version i did as you told but nothing. Do i should delete all database ?
