What I want to do is make ONE profile question set to "friends only." Would this be in the MySQL database? Or in the event_handler.php class? Or would I have to edit both?

Sorry for the late response, I dropped the project and now decided to pick it back up again
Anyways, what I mean by this is I want to make one specific question in your profile viewable by your friends only.
In my example, you need to input your skype username as a profile question. However, I want to make this only viewable by your friends, to avoid spam. Is there any way I can do this?

In the meantime this is considered as a custom code modification. You're free to do that on your own or hire a programmer. You can do that here: http://www.oxwall.org/market/specialists
Also you can make a post in the custom code modification section of the forum, probably some community member will assist you with that.
