Removing this only for guest members would require code modifications.

Make the site members only and consider doing some splash screen design then no one sees the site unless they have a log in.  Considering you are hiding the bulk of info from guests I can't see what problems this will have.
This will mean guests can see NOTHING on the site.  Easier to do than code modify the plugins to change visibility.

You can create custom pages that are visible to guests only.  Move that custom page to the first in the row then whatever html content you put in it is shown only to the guests.

I think there is a discussion about adding widgets etc to custom pages.  May need to do a suggestion via openvoice about this and see if it is posible,
