Falancas, make sure your server meets our requirements, pay attention to the zip, zlib modules, seems like they are not installed, which is why you don't have values for the languages and can't extract archive.

ALso what are the permissions set to the folders: ow_pluginfiles, ow_userfiles, ow_smarty/template_c and ow_static ?

Falancase, I have checked your phpinfo now. You have suphp module enabled on your server. Please disable it. 

The issue was with the folder ow_pluginfiles permissions. Set to 777 recursively. The issue was fixed.
