what do you have on line 427 in ow_system_plugins/base/bol/question_service.php
check whether you have ow_core/form_element.php file
if it is there, provide what you have on lines 2172-2180

I have a quick question here, After my platform update I now have this problem as well, I downloaded your zip file, but where do I upload this to?

I assume that is the FTP? I have a problem with that then. When I start up my FTP it does not load any of the folders on the server. Thanks

Thanks for that, FTP didn't work, but through Cpanel it worked. I am such a noob in the back-end of sites.
