Unfortunately we can't change the text because the plugin is not visible in the list where the text can be customized. Is this plugin under a different section maybe.?

Sincerely,
Daydreams Exclusive

Daydreams Exclusive, could you please try to do the following:

- Uninstall the Social Media Sharing plugin;
- Completely delete it from the Available plugins section;
- Download the plugin from the Store: http://www.oxwall.org/store/item/805;
- Upload it via Admin Area > Add new section;
- Go to ow_plugins/ folder through FTP and check whether the permissions for ow_plugins/socialsharing/ folder are 755.
- Go back to the Admin Area and install this plugin.
- Check if the Social Media Sharing section appeared in the language section.

Also, please check if there are any errors in the ow_log/error.log file.

If this does not help, we need to check into this issue by ourselves. So, if you do not mind - please provide us with your cPanel and admin access details.

We have completed all steps, even the clone of the standard language removed which was translated into Dutch. The standard English is now largely translated into Dutch. All files in the folder Social Sharing are set on 755.

The installation completed, but is still not on the list.

The accompanying pictureshows that it is installed, but nothing in the list.
No error message in the log Ow_log folder.

To issue our credentials, we find that very difficult. Our apologies for that.

Can we do something more.?

Please go to /ow_plugins/socialsharing/install.php file. Find the following string:

BOL_LanguageService::getInstance()->importPrefixFromZip(OW_DIR_PLUGIN . 'social_sharing' . DS . 'langs.zip', 'socialsharing');

replace it with these strings:

$plugin = OW::getPluginManager()->getPlugin('socialsharing');BOL_LanguageService::getInstance()->importPrefixFromZip($plugin->getRootDir() . 'langs.zip', 'socialsharing');

Go to Admin Area >> reinstall the plugin. This should solve the problem.

Thank you for reporting this issue. This problem has also been fixed in the plugin package which is available in the Store.
