I've been trying to find the file where I can edit those text but I just can't find it. Any ideas how?

Admin -> Settings -> Language - > (in "OR" section, type in "Join Our") -> click Go -> You'll see it listed there.

I edited the file at .../ow_pluginfiles/base and fixd it.

chmod permission first before u edit.
