Hi,
Does anyone know of/or have a plug-in that would automatically
mark a featured users videos ect as featured as and when they upload
them rather than having to mark them individually as im sure some may
be missed.

Steven, I'm not sure if there some existing plugin but you can try searching one in our Store.
In case there is no existing solution the best way is to find a third-party developer at http://www.oxwall.org/market/specialists because this will require complex custom code modifications.
