i am working on remaking my sites theme i made the site for those who see the world in there own way but what the site looked like in the end sucked my other sites look better so i am asking for some ideas of what to make it look like i know all the css so i dont need help with that just an overall idea of what to make it look like thank any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Users should be able to easily find all the required links in the page. Making them to search for an existing feature makes their life hard.

What I always do to get some inspiration, is by looking at other templates. You can for example search on Themeforest. You may take a look at these: http://themeforest.net/item/salutation-wordpress-buddypress-theme/full_screen_preview/548199

And yes, I know that it would be a lot of work, if you would want to create something like that.
