It should vanish on mouse off it 

Try firebug and see if u have a year errors

I have been going through this for 2 years years now. The oxwall script is the only cms I have ever had this issue with. I do not see any errors relating to hover over on the links when inspecting and debugging. I'm just thinking this is something not to many people notice. I only see it with chat mostly. 

This is just a example I just did this using this oxwall site.   

See I put my mouse over your name and moved to the side and now there is a hint that just says Tony floating there with my mouse not even on it any more.

I've had this issue from the beginning. A fix for it would be nice.

I've got the same issue, it's never going to get fixed, or if it does...that will be a surprise.
