First things first, on behalf of the entire development team we would like to thank you for choosing Oxwall. This gives us extra incentive to work hard on the project and further improve our product.

Oxwall Foundation is a non-profit organization, which means our team does not get any money for the effort. Oxwall is purely a passion project, developed in our spare time. This is why we cannot always timely respond to all incoming inquiries, even with the help of active Community Members and Leaders. Please have some patience; we do our best to get back to you within three working days.

If you feel ignored on the forum, or received a response that only didn't make things clear, it’s possible you’ve encountered one of the following cases:

1. The Question Has Been Already Answered

Most important is to do the search on forum, as most obviously some forum members have already run into the same problems and they have been solved. This way, you will be able not only resolve you issue faster but keep the forum clean of duplicate posts, which makes the forum search for you and other community members easier.

2. The Question Needs More Clarity

If your question looks like this - “Nothing works please help,” chances are no one will come to the rescue. If you want to get the assistance from our support team you must describe your issue as detailed as possible :

- provide information on software and plugins versions

- set debug mode to 'true' to see the actual errors, copy and paste them in your post

- provide screenshots of the error/issue and settings of server/software

- provide step-by-step instructions how to reproduce the error

- check whether or not this is an issue related to the Java-script conflict by following this tutorial: http://docs.oxwall.org/faq:parse-error-troubleshooting

-theme related issue - if you use third-party theme, please, switch to the default one and try reproduce the error. As most of the cases are the individual issues with the third-party themes only.

The quality of our support mainly depends on your assistance - the more details of the problem you provide, the more effective our help will be.

3. The Question Seems Too Complicated

That is also a possibility. Perhaps, you asked something that forum dwellers simply need more time to get the proper answer to, or are simply too busy to deal with at the moment. Just have some patience.
