How a disabled VIEW option of PROFILE QUESTION information can be viewed by ADMIN? | Forum

In Profile question settings, the VIEW option is disabled for some number of questions for public view or user view. For example: Contact email and address information.

If we disable the view option for those question in profile question area, it must be able to view by ONLY ADMIN or by MODERATOR.

Is there any way to do it.
