That would require a new code functionality to be created since we don't have an option of uploading DOC and PDF files in our software.

Hi Laurent,
I understand your request, but unfortunately cannot provide you with any guidance or assistance on how to create a centralized attachment system - that would require a custom plugin development. Meanwhile, you can use forum for these purposes - it allows attach PDF and DOC files.
