Hello,

we just checked an installation with Oxwall 1.5.0 and there wasn't this issue.

Have you modified the code of memberinvitations plugin?

I have not.

The member invitations doesn't show up in the dashboard at all anymore.

Hello,

because in Oxwall 1.5 doesn't exist the dashboard console, also the 'Invite new members' item has been removed.
Instead of the dashboard item we added an item to the new top console and also to the sidebar (only if you use a theme with sidebar).

Please update your site with the latest version of 'Member Invitations' and you'll get these new features.
Please take in consideration that it can take up to 24 hours until the Auto-update button appears in your admin area if you want to do an auto-update.

Great! Thanks for the plugin! The language value 'cap_label' doesn't seem to get found? Any clues as to what that value is for? Thanks for your help. See attached image.

I have just installed the plugin and it's not working. There's an 'invite new members' tag on the dashboard, which will take you to the /invite-new-members page, but when you click on the button, absolutely nothing happens!

I have allowed pop-ups on the page, but still nothing... I'm using version 1.5.0, with Aerial theme

Hello Evelyne,

in the new version of 'Member invitations' there are two buttons: The first one is displayed in the top console drop-down menu and the second one in sidebar. Both buttons will lead you to the invite page.
We have just tested it again with Oxwall 1.5.0 and we don't get any issue.

Hi,

I'm glad you didn't get any issue, but it's still not working for me. It's a dead button, absolutely nothing happens when one clicks on it.

In the image I attached, the button on the right menu takes to the page pictured. The button the arrow is pointing to does nothing. None of them allows inviting anyone... :(

The language key is included in the language file of the plugin. Please check if it is existing in your language values.
If you need an urgent solution you can also edit the html file in the folder views/controllers of the plugin.

Yes, it's activated by default.

I ran Google Chrome's JavaScript console and for this page the following error was shown:

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected end of input invite-new-members:1

(NOTE: actual website url was removed for safety reasons)

Does it mean anything to you guys? I'm not a js expert, I confess... (:

There is probably a simple solution for this:
I have found the invite new members drop down, but when I attempt to use it I get:
"You can't invite new members due to limited permissions"

Hello John,

this message appears because you don't have the permission which is needed to get access to the invite page. If you're site admin you can decide which user role is allowed to invite new members in the permission page of your admin area.

It actually didn't show up in my permissions page. However, I uninstalled it and re-installed it and vwalla, it works
