How to get User Session | Forum

I have 2 websites in one Server.
One is in core Php and other is Oxwall.
Now I want to get the Session of the Oxwall user that is login.
I want that session in my PHP core site.

OR How can i access the oxwall session out side of the oxwall.

Plz Help Me.
