When I insert an image into a forum post it shows up great in the forum, but on the "News Feed" it shows up like this...

There is no fix for this. I strongly recommend you to change latest activity plugin the newsfeed plugin. Latest activity doesn't supported now.

I am using the newsfeed plugin. I just changed the title to "Recent Activity."
Will there be a fix for this in future versions? Maybe a re-size and put the image in the newsfeed plugin instead of the code.

Got it. It isn't so easy to change it. Newsfeed plugin truncate forum post's with defined number of symbols. The length of image's code can be different. As you see in some way image's code can be truncated and will display just a code.
May be in future will do something with this :)
