@Addenster, if you edit this page and there is a core update is it right in thinking that you will lose any changes made to the file? Make a backup so it can be "reapplied"?

HTML files can be modified in any text-formatting program, even in Notepad. But you should have some basic skills in HTML to modify it properly.

DEV_MODE can be enabled in ow_includes/config.php file by changing value from 'false' to 'true' in line define('OW_DEV_MODE', false);

You should have some skills in HTML to modify the page layout. As I already said, you can use any text formatting tool to edit the HTML code.
