i have lost my admin password, and recover by main is not working. any idea how to fix it from cpanel..???

What issue you face when you try to recover your password?
Its possible to directly change the password value in the table. If you know any other user's password, you can copy that user's hash value to your user in the ow_base_user table.

For making the new registered user as admin, you will need the access for the main admin.
