This is the language string: {text key='friends+notify_request_string'}-> default code is <a href="{$userUrl}">{$userName}</a>....display {$userName} ....

Unique, try using  {$user} variable instead of {$userName}  .

tried and the the result: displaying the: {$user} not the actual name

I do not remember, but some other uses N and n, is only testing ...

Vladar, thank you but the result is still displaying {$userName} or {$username} not the user name.. Let me know in your site email notification?What code you are using? is that display the correct user name? Thank U
